Grades may be uploaded to the Instructor Briefcase (IBC), found in CCNet. The registrar will send out an email to all faculty WWCC.edu email accounts when the grading period is open each quarter (during Finals week).
Look for the additional “Grades” link to appear in your IBC at that time.
Click on the item number for the course where you wish to enter grades.
Click the dropdown menu in the Grades column and choose a grade for each student. Note: certain grades like F and I require you to post the last date the student attended as well.
Be sure to click the submit button when you are finished. You should now see a green checkmark next to the course title in IBC.
