Windows 7 Login ScreenLogging into the WWCC network requires you to first gather some crucial numbers for your user identification.  These are explained below.

EID – your EID is your employee identification number in our computer system.  If you were ever a student here, you will be assigned the same number.  The EID is used to access many different online services at WWCC.

GLOBAL PIN – your Global PIN is used as a password for access to certain online services that require a higher level of permission.  If you were ever a student here, you will have a different Global PIN for your role as a student than you will have for your instructor role.

Contact Payroll at (509) 527-4276 to obtain these two numbers.

NetID – Your NetID is used to access campus network computer services and your email.  Your NetID username is the same as your EID so that it is easy to remember.

Contact the IT HelpDesk at (509) 527-4357 to set your initial password.

CCNet – CCNet is our employee portal.  It is a one stop access point for many employee tools including Instructor Briefcase, Employee Earnings History, Advisor Data Portal, and much more.  It can be accessed by clicking the yellow CCNet link at the very bottom of the home page.

To login, use your NetID credentials described above.
